Whenever a person starts on the pathway to losing weight, there

The first step to apply this logic is to take a look at the diet
that you currently have. If your diet is very unhealthy and you
have been eating unhealthy foods for years, you are not going to

better step would be to slowly eliminate the parts of your diet
that are most unhealthy. If you drink three cans of soda a day,
try reducing that to two cans of soda and then eventually to one
and none. Small reductions over a long period of time will allow

are you will be able to do it easier and with a lot less pain.
The same is true for exercise. If you are like most people with
weight problems, exercise is not something you do often, if
ever. Exercising rigorously one day after you have resolved to
lose weight is likely to have the same problems as going on a
Spartan diet immediately. Instead of doing that, start walking
for ten minutes each day and then you can slowly increase that
to the point where you are jogging for half an hour to an hour.
Once you have that base amount of endurance, you can go ahead
and start lifting weights in order to make your exercise regimen
complete.
